You could run a default conversion for each of them and compare the images in 
PS, it's a bit tedious but pretty quick on a fast machine. It depends of course 
what aspect you wish to compare though. In my case I often want to compare 
similar compositions and 1:1 sharpness across the images. 

ThumbsPlus lets me open many RAW images concurrently using its "View Synched" 
function. The selected images are automatically tiled to fit the desk-top and 
any control such as zoom or move effects all images simultaneously, it's a 
great tool though not colour accurate.
