look what happened to Leica. they should have been working on a digital M 
instead of the R back. the first high quality digital M is an Epson and 
Leica is in great danger of being a name and nothing more in a few months.

At least Pentax (and others) are working on it so they must have some 
hopes for it's commercial viability.
