Talking about grain, I have recently discovered the scans from Reala & Superia 400 looks the same on my computer. A quick check with the Fujifilm spec revealed all Fujifilm colour negatives from 100-400 have diffused RMS4. Now, does that mean they are all equally fine grain? This method is a breeze with digital, but I have never managed to reproduce the same consistency in colour and exposure with scans, especially negative scans. Anyone done that with success?
