You might investigate miniature lamps that could be used inside the
structure to provide scale lighting, as it might be if this were a real
building. You would need to shoot very long exposures, and I would
recommend Type A or Type B film, or the correct color correction filter with
daylight balanced film, and of course, no matter what, a tripod. This would
probably give you want you are looking for.
A really good exposure meter combined with the reciprocity corrections for
the film you use (see for example the Kodak web site) should put you in the
right range of exposure settings.
As for the reflections, you might try a polarizing filter...
