Oh, I know but I also know that as the author it's very easy to loose site of the end goal from the users perspective. My little sister just finished her Arts Media/communications degree and I attended all the faculty open days every year, the ones where all the major student works were on show. Now that was really interesting, most were totally unusable by the vast majority of public in attendance.
