This is The Folly in Faringdon, Oxfordshire, UK on a beautiful June evening. It is a 100-foot hilltop tower that was built in 1935 by a local worthy, to provide employment to local craftsmen. It was restored several years ago and is occasionally open, but I've never been inside.
