The point is that they are all constructed arguments for someone wanting a 20D more than a *istDS. It is about rationalization of a purchase. Mind you, I think it is perfectly OK to want a Canon more than a Pentax.

I agree, I just think it�s silly when they think their pictures will get significantly better with another trade mark on the camera and lens. IS or USM are only convenient features, not something that makes anybody a better photographer.
