Particular the 50mm, not to mention those insanely expensive A*85/135 lenses in
not-so-good conditions. But talking about the MZ-S, I have been told it's
actually a
plastic camera inside, just like other MZ/ZX bodies, with magnesium alloy shells
only. The guy who disassembled his own Z-1p & MZ-S, specifically said the metal
mount was fastened on a plastic structure (the screws are different (metal &
plastic
structure use different threads), but I don't know what people called it). I
have
checked its mirror box details and it is indeed look the identical my cheapo
ZX-10
(thick plastic walls etc). No wonder it's so light. I wonder if most MZ-S
buyers was
believing they were actually buying a metal camera, like Z-1p (the inner
structure
anyway). Man did Pentax cheated us all?
