Thanks for the interesting story, Ken. Sounds like the choice between the
field-serviceable 3413 with the big resin ball and the non-serviceable 3262
with the smaller steel ball is a bit more complicated that it first
appeared. You make some good points. Perhaps I'll just have to buy both
heads! :-)
