Thanks for the info, David, but I guess I should have been clearer:  I
shoot with the *ist 35mm film camera.  I love it, but it does not have
the same workarounds as its digital cousins.  I have to have an "A"
setting on the aperture ring.  There is a custom function that at least
allows operation, but only at full aperture, making it rather pointless
to mess with older lenses.

Besides, I really do not need any more steenking lenses.   Really!
