My problem was that for 35+ years, I had heft and quality, a Spotmatic
and a set of beautiful Takumar primes, but I wasn't taking many
pictures because I hated lugging it around. This is all in the realm
of non-debatable personal preferences, no right or wrong -- I just had
to realize my own limitations. Now I have a very small camera and a
few lenses that fit into a small Lowepro bag that is easy to carry
around. And I do, in fact, carry it around.
I am as susceptible to gear lust as anyone, I suppose, but I can't get
anything else because there is no more room in the bag! Larf!
