Wheatfield Willie discombobulated and/or unleashed: "I have learned to like the much hated 28mm range enough to have bought a 31mm (it's pretty close in actual FL), never had much use for the 35mm, but I liked the A35/2 enough that I bought the AF 35/2.
"OTOH, there are a few lenses which I like on 35mm that I don't have much use for on the digital. The A20/2.8 doesn't do much for me any more. I don't like the AOV it presents on the istD." My FA 20 f2.8 fills the same angle-of-view niche that the FA 31 did on film. It is my intermediate-wide lens. Incidentally, the FA 31 is actually a 32. The FA 35 is really a 34. Joe
