majority of RAW formats on the market. Even purchased new, it's under
$90 from volume retailers.
Maybe if I have 2.0 the upgrade would be less?
When I bought my copy of Elements 3.0 there was a rebate available for owners of previous versions, but that offer has probably expired by now.
I've only seen Elements sold in "full" versions, no "upgrade" versions. Still, the new one is very nice (except for the nonexistent instruction manual)
