Same here. Chateauneuf du Pape is pretty special though, but like most wines it entirely depends on the vintage. I have to say that I'm a bit of wine snob and rarely touch anything that doesn't come from France, with 2 notable exceptions: rioja from Spain, and a few dry whites from Italy. Nothing wrong with any wines from anywhere else, but I usually don;t find them as nice.
