On second thought, I'd bet a bundle that the girl just had a cast
removed from her arm. That's about the only thing that can account for
the almost dead color of her skin. So I fixed it. I also did a mild
adjustment to the blue area on the boy's face. That was due to light
from the theater marquis. You can see it on the mailbox. I just did a
simple curves adjustment after lasooing the blue and feathering it 50
points (on the 70 meg tiff). The revised pic is here:

Feel free to try a BW conversion if you feel like it. It might be
interesting to see. I don't have time now. Gotta get out and plant my

rose adds a little something special to the scene.

I was in downtown Birmingham, Michigan last night, hanging out at the
gallery. (The owner asked that I come by now and then on busy nights.
I've been neglecting that duty.) Anyway, on warm Friday nights the
streets of Birmingham are full of teenagers, the majority of whom are
very pleasant and quite colorful. I caught this attractive trio
hanging
out around a mailbox near the theater. They happily posed for me when
I
