None of those things bother me at all, and I think it is actually a
good shot. The only thing that bothers me is that the plane of focus
seems to be farther than the subject's eyes. Not that the kid isn't
sharp enough, but his mom, the backpack and the seat behind seem a tad
sharper than his eyes.

I only notice this because I keep misfocusing my pictures all the
time, and I'm used to looking for it...
