Hi Paul,

I made a selection around the area that  needed adjustment and feathered it
slightly.  This was done on a separate layer.  Depending on what's being
done, I use a separate, new layer or a duplicate layer.  I then chose an
area from the arm above the selection and used the healing brush set to
either normal or replace @ 100% opacity, and afterwards adjusted the
opacity and fill of the layer to get close to what the arm should look
like.  The choice between normal and replace is sometimes subjective, and
either will work just about as well.  Other times it's clear that one is
preferable to the other, but damned if I can actually explain why.  You
just have to try both.  HTH.
