If you read my entire response, I did mention that setting quality level on
the 20D was a negative.  There are also other negatives as well.  And I was
very positive with control layout of the *ist D.  So what's your problem?

very positive with my praise of the control layout of the *ist D.

I guess I just don't like people writing negative things about cameras they
know nothing about, Pentax or otherwise.  The original statement that the
*ist D was more like a computer than a "real" camera - whatever that
eans  - was ludicrous.
