Yes ... but not all are correctly calibrated. Some monitors work with a limited range of color temps, some people calibrate in rooms that are brighter than others, some people are not as thorough or experienced as you, people will calibrate at different color temps.. IOW, what should work in theory may not work, or work as well, in the real world.
