I'll second that. I'd venture to say that more people were (pleasantly) surprised by Franks photos than anyone else's, just because the prints were so much better than what we'd seen on the web. A better scanner might help, but I'd bet significant improvement could be obtained with his existing scanner and some scanning/Photoshop instruction.
