Ah - my surprise was that he had more of a Scot
and less of an "eh?" accent.
As I recall (and that is usually a stretch) Bill's
parents were born abroad
but he was raised (and born?) on this side of the
big pond. 

Mark ROberts comes by _his_ other side of the pond
accent honestly ;)

ann - midwesterner with just a tinge of New Yawk
inflection - layed on with 
a trowel sometimes for fun.


Maybe we should call him William Robb Roy....
