Second GFM picture & Raw-Jpg question

This is a favorite of mine, and hopefully yours, from the bridge. Its not the 
angle i
wanted,but
with all of the people moving around i had to compromise/ Should have shot this 
Friday
when i was
waiting for Mark. The mist was the same. Oh well, next time.

Now my PS question. I opened and adjusted this Raw file in PS Elements 3. I had 
to save it
as a Tiff
file as i was unable to save as Jpg.
I opened it in PS 6 and the same thing,only Jpg format it Jpg2000.

Any tips here please. I want to send a few to be lab printed and Tiffs are not 
allowed
just Jpgs.
