No kidding. It's too bad we didn't meet! We had a great lunch at The Yacht
and then walked up the water for a bit. We enjoyed wandering around that
residential area and I even joked to Nate about buying a second home there.

That's a shame. I'm glad I got to see it before that happened. That sort of
