How do you "make sure" the copy for sale hasn't been registered yet?
Take the seller's word for it, I guess ;-)
I've no idea what happens with buying a copy off ebay (never bought
anything from ebay in my life) but there *is* a procedure to transfer
the licence of a registered piece of software in Adobe's records to
somebody else. I went through it a few weeks ago, selling my Photoshop
Elements version 2 to a friend because I no longer needed it after
buying version 3.
I mention this in case somebody else wants to know. :-)
