Yup. Body with one prime over the shoulder (perhaps underside a
jacket, more inconspicious). Second lens if at all plus some film or
meter or whatever in a Domke satchel/pocket on the belt. Works well
with small cameras the like of Leica or MX. Am not sure about biger
SLRs.
