I don't know how things work in Switzerland, but in North America companies are expected to practice what is called "due diligence". In this instance, if you should have reason to believe the person is lying and you go ahead and print the work, the company you work for can (and will) be held liable for any damages you incur.

While you are not obliged to identify yourself, but the lab is also not obliged to take on your work if it chooses not to.
