I belive that yeh Pentax 24-50mm was practically unchanged through M, A, af F series. They'll probably sell for 100-300 USD, so not THAT cheap. My daughter has a quite nice Tamorn adaptall 24-50mm. Not ekspensive. But hard to find. Zooms down to 18mm aren't that common, you know - for film cameras anyway. Pentax made a nice 20-35mm. Tokina too. Not exactly cheap (Tokina made AT-X version and non AT-X versions, I believe. Wide angles are kinda hard to find - 'cause they are very sought after - for the digtal camera models. Jens

The thing is that my budget is kinda VERY low... Can someone advise me any wide zoom lense about 18 at the short and 40-50 at the far end ? I'm thinking of something less then 100$ (sorry.. I know it's hard to think about something that cheap.. but it's what I have..) Thanks a lot in advance Michael
