Hi Richard,

I have to second most of the statements of the other german Pentaxers.

Maybe you should have a trip from Freiburg to KAISERSTUHL. It's a small hill
nearby with vulcanic origin.
Breisach is a nice town with a lot of premises with good wine !

That's unfortunately true. As I'm born and lived almost 30 years in Erlangen
I know this very well.
The buildings in Erlangen are relatively new and therefore not so
attractive. There are a lot of buildings from Siemens company as it's the
hometown.
Only in mai/june there is an annual fair at a hill which is very nice. But
it's already over.
But a trip to the franconian suisse ( fraenkische Schweiz ) about 20 km in
the north, would be nice for taking pictures. There is river ALTMUEHL with a
nice valley and also some impressive caves around.

A lot of fun and good weather for your trip !

regards
Bernd
