The K2. It may be big and heavy but it's tough as nails and has both
DOF preview and proper mechanical MLU. Exposure dial goes to to 8
seconds. And the match-needle meter is just fantastic. None of
those wimpy cloth shutters either: this one would probably take your
finger off.
The 6x7 is a close second because its MLU is not mechanical.
