If there was a way to add software modules to the *ist firmware like on the Pentax EI-2000 and EI-200 Digita OS cameras the DS would immediately be my favorite Pentax camera. I'd have a go at using the color LCD in a better way: (continuous) pre-shooting and mimicking a classic pentax cameras viewfinder with data display on the color LCD, this way we could use the LCD to compose above a crowd and have a taste from the past at the same time. Several flavors of multiple-exposure would also be an easy thing to do.
