it has the least vendor support for device drivers of the Win 9X series. in
terms of reliability and manageability, it's better than the earlier
versions of consumer Windows. the only thing i never liked was the
gratuitous omission of simple way to boot to the command line without a boot
floppy unless you knew a bunch of Windows tricks.
