Ta all - nobody I know has been personally affected, which is good.
From what I can see on the news, everyone is being very British about
it, which is probably the best possible response. For those of you
who've expressed concern, there have been a small number of confirmed
fatalities now, but at this stage it looks like nowhere near as many as
Madrid, which is something to be thankful for.
