On a number of occasions yes.

Although to be fair, i have gone back to shooting it, and the last 2 events went
relatively well.
Still seems to meter what ever it feels like in certain conditions. Because i 
dont use it
for a lot of static 
shots, i lose more than i should.
I'm trying to find out in what curcumstances it goes weird on me so Nikon can 
have a
starting point. 
The last 2 send ins did not result in any metering adjustments, just other 
things.:-(

Also the noise at iso 320 and above is bothersome. I see less noise in Wendys 
MKII shots
at 1600 than 
what i get most times at 320 and 400. This and the weird metering is a common 
complaint on
the D1 BB.
