BTW: I'm quite impressed with the sharpness and resolution of my *ist D panorama images. In this shot (the original) I can see - not only the pylons, but even the powerlines (pehaps 1-2 inches in diameter), which are located 12-17 km away from my SMC M* 4/300mm and are shown in the right hand side of the picture.
