I have a book of ancient Roman recipes, adapted for the modern kitchen.
There are some very interesting dishes. You can also use Thai fish sauce
instead of liquamen. In fact, Thai fish sauce is more or less identical to
Roman liquamen.

Well something like them has been, but what I had in England
