(look at the faraway stand) if you use a 18mm , the point of view will be the one of an 18mm, wheater or not you crop the final image. Can't understand all this talking about it... At this point is just like resoning in "Lire" instead of Euros here in Italy, it's just meaningless. An 18 mm lens on a APS-C sensor, is just like an 18mm on an APS-C sensor...
