She owns the house, I pay rent.  End of story.

Well, not quite, we're friends, and we were before I moved in, but
there's nothing more.

Of course, I'm just teasing you;  you had no way of knowing our
relationship, and when a man and woman live in the same house,
assumptions are a natural consequence...  <vbg>

AFAIK, she has no other frozen beasts in the house.  Good idea,
though.  Maybe I'll get the frozen bird stuffed and give it to her for
a birthday present - her birthday is in about a month.
