Cotty's question of whether I had any close-ups of Ninja made me think that a relatively extreme crop might work here, as it might get rid of a lot of the harsh contrast, and allow me to try to do something with his face. Well, it ain't perfect, it's grainy as hell (I kind of like that, actually), and I don't know if it could use some more sharpening (probably not), but I like the result better, as I think it says more of Ninja's personality:
