Well, lets say you do, and by setting the lens at 200mm you achieve an image
size of 75%.  Then if the subject moves to half the distance you will only
need half the focal length, or 100mm, to keep it at 75%.  With this system
all the camera does is focus on the subject at it's new location first, get
the resulting distance info and pass it on to the CPU in the lens to adjust
the focal length appropriately.
