Hi Albano, 18" seems about right from my testing.  I just slapped the lens
on a ME, and focused on a ruler at 50mm.  I got 178mm (7") in the
viewfinder, or about 1:4.9 magnification.  Probably closer to 1:5 taking in
account the ME's 92% viewfinder.
