Hi Tom,

I can understand that, and it might be what they meant to say, but there are far better ways to say that. Their current phrasing is horribly vague. Whether they intentionally intended to do so, I think they have literally claimed that you can't use the *istDS for applications other than "personal use only". That would be a horrible limitation to place on a camera.

Does anyone know of a good email address for the Pentax legal people in the USA? Maybe they could issue a statement which officially clarifies things? Does anyone know who I should contact about this?
