I have just come across a very strange thing, is it happening to you? OS X.3.8
I use Safari (1.2.4) and normally when I type a search term into the Google field at top right of the browser and hit enter, the browser page changes to the Google results. I have the Google preferences set so that when I click on a result that interests me, it opens a new window and displays the result in that. I like it that way so I can quickly close the window and go back to the Google results etc etc. It has always worked fine - but all of a sudden, now when I click on a Google result and the new page opens displaying said result, the Google results page underneath *changes as well* ! I tried it in Exploder and it works fine, so it's a Safari issue? I tried it on 2 other computers in the house and it's the same - Safari Google results page changes to selected result page as well as opening new page with result. I tried resetting Safari and it's still doing it. Does it do it on your Mac? Any ideas Godders? Ta!
