If it is a Cuda it is a 67 to 69. Actually more differences between 68 and the other two years in the tail lights and 69 had side reflectors, 68 side lights and 67 none. The very rear of the car does not look right to my memory but so hard to tell in this shot

Now that I look at it again, IIRC, the LeMans with the GTO front end didn't have chrome bumpers on the front, they had body-coloured plastic-covered bumpers. So it might be a straight LeMans. But, I could be wrong.
