I suspect this guy is a frustrated plastic surgeon. Lotsa' boob jobs,
tummy tucks & butt lifts.

A good example of not getting it as right as possible "in camera",
then fixing it later in PS. I think a lot of those original shots
would have turned out better if they had been properly lit in the
first place.

It seems to be growing in popularity. When I bought my copy of PS CS2,
I got a couple of free issues of Photoshop User magazine ("The
official magazine of the National Association of Photoshop
Professionals"). In the September edition there is an 8  page write up
on how to do "Photo Painting". Not my cuppa' tea is all I can say.
