I have had problems with them too.Typical scenario with UPS is that the lens arrives in Albuquerque on Thursday night. I know it is in Albuquerque, and it would be nice to have it over the weekend. UPS will not let me pick it up. I get the lens on Monday. This has happened, I think, three times.
