To tape over the logos ... I've done that on various cameras over the years, ever since my first Spottie in 1967. I think the DS is one that would look great without the embellishments. Sometimes I've used a sharpie to fill in the white logos, and end up with a black on black design which looks rather nice, and a little more "finished" in some cases.
