The K1000 is a bit overpriced nowadays. Still, it is a solid camera,
and it was made until 1997 I think, so you can get them in very good
shape.
It is better than the ME in my eyes, since the ME doesn't have a
manual exposure mode. The ME-Super is another thing...
In any case, for just a bit more you can get an MX, and that beats
both the K1000 and the ME-Super.
