The plastic clips that cause the problems are the ones on the ends of the
shoulder straps; it is like a little plastic sring loaded thing. Its a
stupid and cheap design, when, for the sake of an extra dollar or two
(probably less) they could have had metal ones there like they use on just
about all of their other bags, including smaller and cheaper ones. Watch
out; they WILL fail on you. Great bag design; it's too bad they had to
scrimp on those two little parts.
