All SD cards are more or less equal - Sandisk is good. Yes, once the disk fills up (or, really, at any time if you want a new blank disk for a series of shots which would not fit on the partially-filled disk) just remove it and insert a new one. You can just re-insert the partially-filled disk again at any time. It's just like a floppy.
