Much better! no more pixelization.
Now how about using a bit of "unsharp mask" to sharpen the image up. 
Try adding some until you can see 'things' start to appear in the
picture, then back off a bit.

I don't know how your image editor works, but I like to think in
pixels.  My laptop screen is 1024x768 pixels.  By the time internet
explorer frames up a picture, I have only 650 by 750 pixels to work
with, maybe less.  So the best thing to do is to design your images to
fit into that standard and show completely on the screen without
scrolling up and down or side to side.  I'm sure you can work the math
from 72 dpi.
